This is the last one, I promise. I’m not sure what happened, but I became slightly obsessed with this videos. So, this “workout” is supposed to be for your waist.
I don’t know a whole lot of people who complain about their waist or who do exercises for their waist.
Still, it is entertaining to watch these macho men workout their waist!
